Mekong Travel actively supports the following charities:

The Nguyen Dinh Chieu School for Blind Children, Hanoi

The Nguyen Dinh Chieu School was founded in 1982, and was the first school in Hanoi to specifically cater for the needs of blind children in Northern Vietnam. Mr Nguyen Nhu Thach, the headmaster, stated that the objective was to help such children to rejoin society having received a general education and appropriate vocational training.

Fauna and Flora International

We are supporting Fauna and Floras International's important work in Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos were they are working with the governments to help protect and manage national parks and particularly the remaining herds of wild Asian elephants.

With the donations we are able to send we hope to help these charities continue their marvellous work.
