PROGRAM:
Day 1: BANGKOK - THAI HOUSE (L, D)
08:30 Pick-up from your hotel in Bangkok and transfer to the Thai House. Take a short visit around the farm, then check-in and make yourself at home.
10:00 Cooking lesson in the morning. Lunch
14:00 Afternoon cooking lesson.

Cooking course includes :
Introducing herbs and spices Tom Yam Kung Larb Moo "Spicy Thai Pork Salad" Phad Thai "Thai Fried Noodles" Kaeng Ka-Ri Kai "Yellow Chicken Curry" Paneang Neua
Dinner and overnight at the Thai House.

Day 2: THAI HOUSE ( B, L, D )
Breakfast at the Thai House and visit a local market to buy ingredients.
10:00 Cooking lesson in the morning. Lunch
14:00 Afternoon cooking lesson.

Tom Khaa Kai "Coconut and Galangal Soup" Phad Phrik Khing Moo/ Kai "Savory Stir Fried Pork or Chicken with Long-Beans" Kaeng Kai Sai Normai "Chicken in Red Curry with Bamboo Shoots" Kaeng Kheo Waan Neua "Green Beef Curry"

In the afternoon upon finishing class, transfer back to your hotel around 17:00 hrs.
