The ANA MANDARA Cooking Class

Day 1: Pick up from your Saigon Hotel and transfer to the airport for the 11.15 departure to Nha Trang arriving at 12.10. Upon arrival meet the Executive Chef to discuss the programme. Later you will be given some instruction about the history and the ingredients of Vietnamese cuisine and start making Vietnamese appetisers and salads. Later in the day we take a moonlight boat cruise on Nha Trang bay followed by a sumptuous seafood dinner. Overnight Ana Mandara Resort.

Day 2: Today's activities start very early with a visit to the local market to haggle over vegetables and seafood and then prepare Vietnamese main courses followed by lunch. Relax in the afternoon before dinner at a local Vietnamese restaurant. Overnight Ana Mandara.

Day 3: A Vietnamese fish sauce (nuoc mam) producer is our first stop today. Afterwards we prepare Vietnamese desserts followed by lunch, during which the chef will give some information and ideas for European-Vietnamese Fusion cuisine. Afternoon is free. Overnight Ana Mandara.

Day 4: Transfer to airport to departure flights Fly to Ho Chi Minh City 16.35-17.50.

Tours:- Based on two people sharing a room. Includes all accommodation with breakfast, transfers and transport by modern air-conditioned car, domestic flights and cooking course.
Excludes: airport tax, personal expenses, visa and international flights.
